I work in small batches, hand-crafting each piece. Because of the amount of time it takes for a single piece to go through the entire process from start to finish, I am only able to offer my work every month or two. While I am not focusing exclusively on custom orders, if you have an idea you want for a commissioned piece, feel free to reach out. Due to the intensity of time with a custom piece (concept brainstorming, sketching, prototype, glaze testing etc), typically the price range for commission orders ranges from $800+

All of the glaze I use is lead-free and nontoxic. However, due to the nature of some glazes with crackle effects, it may not be suitable for dinnerware. In those cases, I will mention that it is not food safe in the description of the product. Otherwise, all of my mugs and dinnerware items listed as “dinnerware” are food safe.

Most of my pieces can go in the dishwasher, but please keep in mind that if there has been gold or silver luster applied to the piece, it can tarnish over time. Many of my customers have reported their pieces are just fine after repeated loads in the dishwasher, but I do recommend hand washing to be safe. When treated with care, the piece will last a lifetime! Pieces with gold or silver luster applied are not microwave safe.
