I want you to truly love what you receive.
If for any reason you’re not 100% happy, I gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Simply send the item back in its original packaging, packed safely. Once I receive it in its original condition, I’ll issue a full refund.
If something feels off when your order arrives, please reach out — I’m here to help and want this to be a wonderful experience for you.

Oh No — Something Arrived Damaged?
I pack each ceramic piece with lots of care and crossed fingers… but sometimes accidents happen in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please email me right away with photos of:
The box (showing its condition)
The damaged piece itself
I’ll do everything I can to make it right — whether that means creating a replacement (if timing allows) or issuing a refund. Your happiness truly matters to me.
Lost or Stolen Package?
Once a package leaves my hands and is marked as delivered by the shipping company, I unfortunately don’t have access to track it further or replace it if it goes missing.
If your tracking number says “delivered” but you can’t find your package, your best next step is to contact your local USPS to file a claim and ask for more details.
I know how frustrating this can be — especially with package theft becoming more common everywhere. Please keep a close eye on your tracking number!
