This berry bowl has a couple of tiny glaze defects, but works beautifully for ALL berries tested including blueberries, blackberries and even large strawberries.
The tiny imperfections are:
A couple of tiny pinholes in the glaze on the inside of the bowl. I tried to capture photos of these but they are hard to spot. They feel like a tiny grain of sand on the glaze.
The handle had some of the glaze bubble up on a small portion during the firing, so I smoothed it down with the dremel. This did cause some of the clay underneath to show through and is what has contributed toward the $30 discount on this bowl. :)
